Karen Neary is the Director of Neary Consultants Ltd and established the company following sixteen years senior management and executive experience. Karen’s roles have included Director of Cordale Housing Association (1996-1998), Director of Clyde Valley Housing Association (1998-2005) and most recently, Chief Executive with River Clyde Homes (2005-2009).

Having led a range of complex organisations and implemented significant capital and community projects across Scotland, Karen has developed a successful track record of business growth and diversification through positive change. Her emphasis on engaging customers, employees and other key stakeholders in their organisation’s direction has resulted in sound business development and improved performance.
